We are pleased to announce that mobile ordering is now available at I’m donut？ Harajuku.

By ordering in advance from your smartphone, you can purchase your donuts smoothly without waiting in line at the store.
You can place your order from home or while on the move, so please take advantage of this service.

If you wish to use the 2nd-floor cafe, please go directly to the 2nd floor.
Please note that mobile ordering is currently available only at the Harajuku store and not at any other locations.

[Important Notes Regarding Mobile Ordering (Please Read)]

To ensure a smooth pick-up process, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following:

Specifying Pick-up Time You cannot specify a pick-up date or time in advance. Orders will be prepared in sequence as soon as they are completed.
Estimated Wait Time Your order will be called approximately 5 minutes after it is placed (*wait times may vary depending on store congestion).
Cancellations After Your Order is Called If you do not arrive within 15 minutes after your order is called, it will be automatically canceled. Please make sure to place your order from a location where you can reach the store within 15 minutes.
(*Please note that no refunds will be issued for canceled orders, regardless of the reason.)
