Born from the vision of creating a “sanctuary of bread (AMAM DACOTAN + Mecca),” this bakery café is a sister shop of AMAM DACOTAN. Around 120 varieties of bread are displayed in a lively, circus-like arrangement, turning the store itself into a stage for bread. An open kitchen filled with energy allows guests to experience the aromas, sounds, and movements of the artisans up close. With its stadium-style layout, the space invites visitors to feel the vibrant world of bread with all their senses.

Made with our original brioche dough kneaded with pumpkin, each donut is fried at high temperature for a short time—crisp on the outside, yet light, airy, and delicately melting within. This creates a truly one-of-a-kind “nama” texture. With a strong commitment to handmade preparation and house-made ingredients, the shop offers a donut experience unlike any other.

This new brand was born from a single wish — a child with a wheat allergy who once said, “I’ve always wanted to try I’m donut?” Drawing on the techniques and experience we’ve cultivated over the years, we created gluten-free donuts made without wheat, as well as gluten-free and vegan varieties crafted entirely from plant-based ingredients. With no compromise in appearance or flavor, each one is carefully handmade and delivered with care.
