【AMAM DACOTAN】June 20, 2026 (Sat) - Brand's First Overseas Location "AMAM DACOTAN Paris" Grand Open

AMAM DACOTAN, the bakery originating in Fukuoka, celebrated the grand opening of its first overseas location, "AMAM DACOTAN Paris," on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time.

Since founding our first shop in Ropponmatsu, Fukuoka in 2018, followed by expansions into Omotesando, Tokyo, and Karasuma, Kyoto, we have spent over two years planning this new chapter. Now, our challenge in France—the home of bread—has finally begun.

On opening day, we welcomed far more local customers than we could have ever anticipated, allowing us to deliver AMAM DACOTAN’s bread across borders.

The Paris shop features a lineup of around 50 varieties of bread, all crafted to bring out the unique qualities and flavors of local French wheat, water, and rich seasonal ingredients. Our selection includes artisan bread born from endless trials to perfect the dough, our signature "Dacotan Burger" which is highly popular in Japan, and about 10 new varieties exclusively available in Paris. Staying true to our concept of "a tiny bakery in a cobblestone town," the interior creates a one-of-a-kind world adorned with antique furniture and carefully selected local dried flowers.

While striving to become an essential part of daily life in Paris and a beloved fixture for local residents, we also hope this will be a destination for visitors from Japan traveling for sightseeing or business to experience a whole new side of AMAM DACOTAN.
