A New Cycle That Honors the Craft
Rooted in a deep respect for the artisans who bake each loaf with care, this initiative began with a simple wish: never to let their work go to waste. At AMAM DACOTAN, extra baguette dough becomes pain perdu, gently soaked and rebaked. Left over white bread is transformed into butter-crisped French toast the next day. Through our online “Sustainabread” frozen service, remaining breads are frozen the same day and shipped promptly—small efforts that honor every loaf, to the very last bite.
